The available work concerns itself with the constructional design and the testing of a universal measurement setup, which makes a localdissolved characterisation of thin film interference systems in connection with a multi-channel spectrophotometer possible. For the spectrophotometric investigation of such interference filters the fundamental physical mechanisms of the thin film optics are compiled, so that the measured values received with experimental testing are scientifically analyzable. It is dealt in detail with instrumentation as well as optical connections. At the end an estimate of the spectral and photometric accuracy of the used spectrophotometer is made.
